Can't seem to activate in singleplayer for character creation.

Anyone know why that would be happening? I can't seem to choose any of the outfits for character creation.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think this mod just adds the items to world zombies. You'd need a separate mod for the outfits at character creation, like this one https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2020740322

You have to enable all outfits in custom sandbox to do that.
