I hooked a tote bag that has an encumbrance reduction of 70% to my ARVN backpack, and when I put things in it, the encumbrance reduction is 30%, not 70%. Discovered this when I put a 1 encumbrance item into my normal inventory and it went from 17.88 to 18.88, then took it out and put it in the tote bag and it went from 17.88 to 18.58
