Update broken on Dedi server

After manually uploading it, making sure it was uninstalled via the hosts steam service, re-uploading it manually, still fails with same errors as above.

I ran into this error when I was low on drive space, seems it needed quite a bit of extra storage to work with. Dunno if that helps.

There was no error on the manual upload, I checked the files and they all successfully uploaded.
