Can't attach flashligh to upgraded backpack?
Title, happening for all 3 of our players. It's both the vanilla 'Flashlight' and 'Hand Torch' items. Despite having a level 3 backpack, none of us can put the flashlight in the flashlight slot.

you need the military flash light. its the long one
