So, whats the point of attaching tools to the item slots of the alice pack?

It seems to only give an encumbrance reduction of 30?!? Same as wearing items on the belt where it would dangle loose which should be way more annoying than on the backpack.

With tools attached to the item slots i get overweight pretty fast. So i sadly need to pack everything in backpacks and statchels again although i love the optic of them being visible attached on the gear.
Is there a way to modify this encumbrance reduction for attached items? i could'nt find the sandbox or modsetting :/

I'm using only the AuthenticZBackpacks+ on b42. As a bonus the bottle slots don't work at all. Seems like only the special bottles from the full authenticZ mod are attachable to these slots?
