I have a Packsport backpack and a School bag. I am able to upgrade my school bag no problem. I cant get the Packsport to upgrade, Ive tried emptying it, putting in in my hands, in a container, on the ground, on my back, etc... I dont know if this is a bug, I havent found anything in any other comments about this, my apologies if this is a duplicate.
