Report a translation problem
Edit: I looked up solutions on how to fix and the only ones I have found are ones for HL2, TF2, or the Hammer Editor. I played a different map after restarting gmod and before playing this map, and it is fine, only when I play this map mat_fullbright is set to 1. Oh yea, it also goes back to 0 automatically if I do a different map after playing this map.
I hope this issue gets fixed as this really ruins the map and makes the map look bad.
High Dynamic Range in your video settings must be set to "Full (if available)" or else your map will have no lighting.
Reload the map after changing your video settings
