Heavy actors
I cant find a heavy unit in the stores, what do i do to find one?

incase you still dont know after a year, you need to go the blackmarket it should be above the shipyard

You need to make better reputation with that faction, or you can try your luck and you can find one while breaking the drop crates.

As I know the Dreadnaught is available from 2,000 reputation which is basiclly heavy dummy unit. For other factions it might be more than 2,000 reputation.
