Thanks for letting me know. I just found a fix and will be uploading a new version soon.
Any new characters after this update (v 1.0.1) won't have this issue.
For any curious modders: it looks like MP generation defaults to 1/lvl when not specified
Scrap parts are meant to be disassembled for bits used in tinkering (or sold). That's true for pretty much the whole game, not just my mod.
Almost all the items I added are little references to the folks who helped me with the mod here and there. Pixel art, name, description, economic value and scrap value are all there is to them. Though there are two books, two healing food items and a +rep pendant too.
Attributes are no longer random. More in changelog.
Now there's only one variety, and it has the ability to rebuke robots
