I HAVE A SOLUTION!!! I went into the addon files after turning it into a gma file and extracting it (Here's a video on that if you don't know how: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zvzDg-L8dt0 ), I went into the folder for the server, then went into the addon folder and entered the lua bits here: TTTserv\garrysmod\addons\TTT Traitor Alucard Pistol\lua\weapons\weapon_ttt_alucard . Then I clicked on shared.lua and edited the 29th line of SWEP.Primary.Ammo. Click on the ammo type and change it to 'Pistol' instead of 'none'. Quite honestly, I have no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ idea why the weapons ammo was 'none' in the first place, but changing the ammo type to pistol should fix the problem. ciao!
