I do not see a 'interchange off-hands' button.
I am subscribed to both Expanded Utility: Inventory and Expanded Items: Off-Hands
Weapon and Armor interchange buttons are present.
I have lots of legacy points.
Both characters have one-handed weapons currently equipped.
The off-hand items I am trying to exchange are Strong Drink and Spectral Candle.
