Set bonus?
what if we had a cool set bonus taht would blend in with the nation security style

BOnus could be:

On wearer:

25% more damage inflicted on cloaked spies
+15% health on wearer
+10% more damage for any palyer that hits first
Silent Bound: Cannot call for a medic

you forgot about +1000000000000000% damage, 10000000000000000000% clip size, 10000000000000000000000000000000000000% faster reload speed and 100% crit chance.
also, to balance it
No random critical hits
There, balanced.
