The most recent update seems to have broken the mod. None of the characters have their starting trinkets or effects. Here's the only error I'm seeing in the console:
main.lua:28: attempt to call a nil value (method 'AddCollectible')

This mod appears to be crashing the game when entering the final floor of greedier mode, I have already checked twice to confirm this is the case.

Update is released! Both the Lost issue and the the Super Greed issue have been addressed!

The Keeper sometimes loses his coin container / heart container when taking devil deals and the coins going from 50 to under 25

That sounds like you have Greed's Gullet, which is a passive item. This mod only adds Rib of Greed and Store Key (trinkets), to the Keeper.

Moon Tablet doesn't work on the items in the item rooms on the Hush Floor, doesn't matter if it's the 2 free or something spawned like an item from the present

The "-0.1 Damage Down pills" don't change to the positive version if the PHD has been taken.
