Actives, Passives, and Trinket Info!
Since the main description is full, I'll post information about the description of items here:

New Items:
Moon Tablet
  • Active Item - 6 Charges
  • Rerolls items through the secret room pool.
Philospher's Stone
  • Active Item - 6 Charges
  • Rerolls pickups, enemies, and rooms into gold.
D3
  • Active Item - 12 Charges
  • Rerolls curses. If Black Candle is collected, spawns a GB Bug.
D19
  • Active Item - 6 Charges
  • Rerolls pickups into its variants.
Cricket's Paw
  • Active Item - 0 Charges
  • Upon use, consumes a red heart container for a permanent damage up.
Cricket's Collar
  • Passive Item
  • 50% chance to return the player to the starting room upon taking lethal damage.
Tammy's Eyes
  • Passive Item
  • 10% chance to fire 10 tears around the player, and spawn a friendly spider.
Tammy's Paw
  • Active Item - 1 Charge
  • Upon use, rarely converts blue spiders into half soul hearts.
Tammy's Body
  • Passive Item
  • Upon getting hit, release 1 - 3 blue spiders.
Tammy's Tail
  • Passive Item
  • +0.3 Speed up, deal x1.25 more damage while moving.
Loaded Deck
  • Passive Item
  • Rare chance to fire a chaos card
Snails Pace
  • Passive Item
  • Grants scaling damage with lower movement speed.
Sack of Keys
  • Passive Item
  • Drops 1-2 keys every 5-6 rooms
Strange Parts
  • Passive Item
  • Grants damage with number of killed enemies.
Anti-Static Keychain
  • A trinket that converts any keys into their charged variants.
The Right Hand
  • The holy counter to the Left Hand, a trinket that causes all chests to become eternal.
