I found and fixed the problem with the wrong percentage values.
But I could not replicate your display issues.

(Same CustomData as You)
You can find the revised code in this world:
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3371644918
I haven't publicly published it yet, because I wanted to do further testing before it will be implemented into the main code base.
Percentage value is not yet solved.
Further work needed.
Will update.
Based on the screenshot you provided above, and my own testing in your example world.

It appears that the percentage values displayed in the headlines are now correct.
Unless you noticed something else, the above percentage issue was the only issue I was referring to.
Obviously, something is wrong with the cargo volume displays, as there is no way those containers are holding only 21.72KL of items.
That's why it''s a testing world. :-)
There are also problems with tank volume percentage, battery charge percentage, power load percentage etc.
The cargo volume measurement seems to be a new problem.
Will check when I'm back home
In the public version, the volume measurements look OK, so it is probably something in the code you are testing.
But I want to test it further before publishing.
Nevertheless you can find the fixed classic version here on the left side:
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3371644918
btw. you can find also find an advanced with many new features on the right side.
Had to roll back the the workshop version.
Have you tried the 41m Version?
The reason it is not publicly published is that I'm too lazy to write the dokumentation.
I plan to test all three versions, 37y, 37z, and 41m.
I'll get back to you with the results.
37y runs updating displays in near real time.
37z2 starts and updates displays in near real time, gets progressively slower, then stops updating displays completely.
41m runs updating displays in near real time.
I'll continue to test run 41m.
"This programmable block is
handling X LCD Panels
at the moment."
On the main PB LCD
37y alternates between 41 or a random lower number, usually 34.
37z2 Stayed at 41 until it locked up displaying a lower number, usually 14.
41m alternates between 41 or a random lower number, usually 26.
Do you have more than one PB running FSD?
Do you use many mods?
