There's no way to say these will absolutely, definitely get in, but there will be another twitch drop directly after this current campaign ends. These are the skins commissioned by rust personalities to be added to the game, giving them a high chance of making it in, "as long as they're at a high enough standard" (Alistair_MC)

Will there be a round 3? Btw thanks for making this, because I was really confused and interested in the twitch/rust drops

There likely will be a round 3, but there hasn't been any confirmation yet. The current ongoing twitch campaign has 9 streamer skins, and if the amount of skins already commissioned and posted keeps going up, they definitely won't be able to drop them all in a single week. I'm happy to hear I could clear up any confusion.
