When I hover over it with my cursor it says: "This mod was not made for this version of RimWorld, and will probably not work correctly".
Says author anonymous, ID is empty and "No description provided".
I use Linux so maybe your mod doesn't work well with it?
1) Navigate to Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/294100/2358330745/. If this folder does not exist, then Steam mucked up the download.
2) Does it have an About folder and a Patches folder? If you answered no to either of these, then Steam mucked up the download.
3) If you do have both folders, check the About folder for an About.xml text file. If you do not have this text file, then Steam mucked up the download.
4) If you have both folders and the About.xml text file, check the Patches folder for three XML text files by the name of Sealed Power Armour Royalty,Sealed Power Armour VAE,and Sealed Power Armour Vanilla. If you do not have all three, then Steam mucked up the download.
If I had to guess, the About.xml file is absent. If you have the Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/294100/2358330745/ folder, delete it and unsubscribe from my mod, empty your Recycling Bin,restart Steam, then resubscribe to my mod.

Verse.PatchOperation:Complete (string)
this is what I get while having VAE installed. Too bad it doesn't specify which exactly operation fails, but anyway... Do note that no DLCs are present. It might be one of the reasons.
I've been unable to reproduce this error. I need you to follow the format I outlined in the OP up top,so I can get all of the relevant information. While you're at it,I'll need a separate pastebin of the contents of your Sealed Power Armour.xml file.
imac 64-bit
mod load order - harmony, core, mod manager, xml extensions, sealed power armor, vanilla expanded framework, vanilla armour expanded
errors - https://pastebin.com/3pNHksnN
i only get error 1 with xml extensions, sealed power armour and vanilla armour expanded all active. i get error 2 with only sealed power armour and vanilla armour expanded active. I don't have the royalty DLC bought or downloaded, so that likely leads to the error for royal siege armour.
If you will need the Sealed Power Armour xml file, i would happy to get it, but i do not know how to.

Description of Issue: an armor from Vanilla Armor Expanded Prestiege Siegebreaker, and *ONLY* Prestige Siegebreaker, is not getting the Sealed Power Armor boosts. Moving this mod below VArmorExpanded in load order does not fix this issue. No appreciable errors crop up in the log in regards to this.
