You need to unlock them first, then after you restart the game you can spawn them normally. To put them in the gauntlet just touch them to the gauntlet. To unlock each stone is: Kill Dr Strange for time, Kill Jane Foster for Reality, kill Vision for mind, kill Gamora for soul stone and slam the Orb into the wall as hard as you can to get power, and same thing but with tesseract for Space.
