Balaclava's dont appear on characters faces

the Balaclava's dont appear on the face even whilst saying their equipped,when added through console onto pawn says it is lacking a texture. Any help would be appreciated.

I had the same problem, and I generally just didnt use them becuase of this, but dubs apearl seems to fix the problem
