no they are tall ish brightly lit up rectangle lanterns on the floor one on the roof near 935 door one by the box on the right and one in spawn and you activate them by turning on the challenge by the 115 rock its a gorod machine

you have to start the challenge using the machine in the meteor room. the lanterns are sitting on the floor and aare rectangular. they are across from the m16 wallbuy on the main roof, directly across from tactiquilla sangria on the upper roof (by the door that says you need to fill them), and in the spawn area, by the ammo crate.

it was left a bit too ambiguous.
just putting in 'orange' would have helped narrow it down.
