This is a comprehensive list of all side easter eggs (therefore excluding anything in direct association with the main quest, such as the buildables and challenges) that I could currently find. Feel free to comment additional findings below!

MUSIC EE #1 - (115 ROCKS)

- After jumping to the ledge from the spawn, turn left and the rock will be on a bed.
- To the left of Deadshot Daiquiri, on a crate.
- On the uppermost rooftop, on a shelf in a short hallway with lockers.

MUSIC EE #2- (TEDDY BEARS)

- In the Meteor Room, on a couch to the far right of Double Tap.
- On the bench across from Juggernog.
- To the left of Speed Cola.

MUSIC EE #3- (RED RECORDS)

- In Spawn, across from the table with 115 Canisters underneath it; beside two chairs.
- In the kitchen (without the interactive tubes), on a table across from the microwave.
- Through the doorway near the AK-47 wallbuy; leaning on a box.

FREE PERK #1- (TELEPHONES)

After a certain number of rounds, telephones will begin ringing around the map. Interact with all three of them to receive a free perk. I am unsure of whether the order is randomized.

- In the spawn, on a wooden chest to the right of the Ammo Box.
- In the middle of the Sewing Room, on a table.
- On a barrel to the right of Stamin-up.

FREE PERK #2- (GONGS)

Outside of the map, there are three distant gongs that can be shot with the Sliquifier (can be either default or upgraded) to receive a free perk. ( corrected by easton_mccrate ). The order does not matter.

- In the spawn, seen to the lower right of the initial window barrier (not inside of the window).
- On the uppermost rooftop, seen from the balcony/ledge to the right of Tacti-Quilla Sangria.
- On the uppermost rooftop, seen directly ahead from the balcony/ledge above Windows Wine.

FREE PERK #3- (ELEPHANTS) ( credit to Bobgang1 )

There are three large white squares/tiles laying around the map which can be collected and brought to the elephant statues by Widows Wine to receive a free perk. The locations are:

- Leaning on a wall along the external balcony/edge below Speed Cola.
- Leaning on a series of boxes to the right of Tacti-Quilla Sangria.
- In the Meteor Room, leaning on the railing of the opposite corner from the top entrance.

FREE WUNDERWAFFE - (THE EGG)

- On the uppermost roof, a small key spawns along a black ventilation shaft. It appears to always spawn on either the black ventilation shaft to the left of the Challenge Room, or the ventilation shaft by the ziplines; but if it isn’t in either of those places, look along the other vents across the rooftop. Using the lantern may assist in seeing the key.

- Take the key to the Meteor Room, and use it to unlock a cage that sits to the right of the Power Switch, between blue and red tarps. Collect the Egg from within the cage.

- Take the Egg to the kitchen (with the interactive tubes) and place it on the oven. Wait for the Egg to finish cooking (notified by a sound effect) and then collect it. At the time of writing this, this step appears to be skippable by immediately moving onto the next step.

- Take the Cooked Egg back to the spawn, and place it on a pedestal beside the glowing pink dragon drawing. From the pink dragon will appear a free Wunderwaffe DG-2. It isn't really that good from what I have seen.

ROUND 200 - (THE DESKS) ( initial discovery by jole )

In order to set the round to 200, the player must interact with eight desks sitting within the sewing room. Upon interaction, each desk will release a ghostly noise. In order to activate the desks, you must be standing behind them (on the chair side). The desks do not need to be activated in any specific order. As far as I know, this can be activated on any round.

- DESK 1: Upon entering the sewing room through the door straight from the landing mattresses, immediately turn left and interact with the nearby desk against the wall (below a symbol).
- DESK 2: Move around the desk and interact with the one directly opposite to it.
- DESK 3: Move to the set of two desks to the left, and interact with the first one.
- DESK 4: Interact with the desk opposite of the previous one.
- DESK 5: Interact with the desk to the right of the previous one.
- DESK 6: Interact with the desk opposite of the previous one.
- DESK 7: Move to the left and interact with one of the two desks against the wall.
- DESK 8: Interact with the desk opposite of the previous one.

- After activating all eight of the desks, a prompt will appear by a small box in the same corner as the last two desks (corner by the door to Speed Cola). Upon pressing the button, the screen will flash light, the round will end, and Round 200 will begin. Credit for the initial discovery goes to Jole in the comment section of this post: after learning about the existence of the easter egg, I went through and discovered the steps myself.

SECRET ROOM - (THE KITCHEN DOOR) ( credit to Ecalocaprius )

- This secret room is ONLY available to DONORS from the creator's streams.
- The secret room is located behind the white door within the kitchen (the one without the interactive tubes/vial mixture machine).
- The room reportedly gives players 5000 points, a free Thunder Gun, and plays a song.

LIST OF POSSIBLE EASTER EGGS - (UNCONFIRMED)

KEYPADS
- There are a series of keypads/buttons located around the map which read the same series of numbers. Some of the placements feel strange, and therefore these may be related to an easter egg.

TELEVISIONS
- UPDATE: The creator has confirmed that the televisions are simply for scenery.
- There are a series of box televisions randomly placed around the map.
- There are three small televisions:
- One on top of some equipment in the kitchen with the interactive tubes.
- One on a shelf in the hallway between the Meteor Room and the “Eye See You” perk.
- One on a bench in the Juggernog room.
- There is one working large television next to Fighter Fizz, which states “Emergency Broadcast”.
- There is one broken large television in the hallway to the left of the AK-47 wallbuy. This television is the most significantly different of the five, and therefore may be unrelated.

DOORS
- There are a series of doors on the map that are strange and could yield some results. Down the hall near the Meteor Room, there is a door which is held slightly ajar - which could be a design choice or something more.
