Not Another Slot Mod [The Silence & The Fury Update]
This Mod *Almost* works with Sigmar's Heirs
(First off I know this was never the intent of the mod and what I'm doing is very understandably not going to work but I felt like I walked up on something good/very interesting here)

So I'm playing with the Sigmar's Heirs mod (which requires Mixu's Unlocker) with this mod to see if it would work. I really like Sigmar's Heirs mod for the all of the new units and the option to recruit state troops with their own colours and insignia, but my biggest problem with it is that it adds a whole lot of new buildings to the game and 9 building slots (and for every other settlement that isn't Altdorf, 7) go out the window pretty fast (especially if you've got other mods on top that add even more buildings).

Now what really surprised me when launching the game with these mods on together was that the game didn't just load perfectly fine (just as long as you loaded this mod before the others), but the necessary UI changes where in place. All building slots where there, but a fair amount of them where greyed out (like how they are in the base game if you occupy "Massif Orcal" or whatever it's called as a none greenskin faction. The main settlement buildings still say though the vanilla number of allowed building slots (9 maximum for Altdorf for example). My guess is that the startpos part of this loaded successfully, but Sigmar's Heirs which edits vanilla building overwrite the necessary building stats for the mod to work as intended.

I thought that it would be a simple fix to make a alternative version of this mod or Sigmar's Heirs that would be compatible with the other, or just make a edited version of Sigmar's Heirs that has the correct settlement stat changes for this to work. I don't have any experience with modding total war games at all, and my experience of modding outside of total war has been save file editing and the editing of game files with the combination of text files and extractor tools. I might be saying this with complete ignorance but since it's probably not a startpos problem it should be a easy(/ier) problem to fix.

I don't know if the mod Author could take a look at it, if I should ask the same question over on Sigmar's Heirs, or if anyone here knows of someone I could ask about this? Thanks in any event, this mod is great if you aren't trying to actively break it like me. :steamthumbsup:

I used this mod quite successfully with Sigmars heirs and Landmarks of the old world, it just has to be in the correct load order :)

Well now that you've said it's possible I can't but ask what that load order would be?

I've not used SLOTS SLOTS SLOTS at the moment, but it worked for me with the others in that pastt,
