As a limited use 6x Buffer item, it's kind of on par with relics like Neow's Lament which is one of the strongest relics in the game.

What this item does isn't exactly stated in its item description either. The way I read it is that it stops you from losing health (from cards that take your health like Bloodletting, Offering, etc). So it would be a niche relic that works for some decks but not every deck if it worked like it's description.
