Hi there! I'm a huge fan of this mod, keep up the good work!

I looked through some of the item entries, and here’s what I found. First, it seems that every single semicolon, asterisk, tilde, or pound sign has been replaced by [Error]. As an example, every single “this item is used in a challenge” line has an error, since they all use a # character. Along with that, a lot of the “synergies” or “interactions” have multiple entries, one for Rebirth, and one for the DLC, which is really confusing since it shows up as a duplicate entry, and one of them isn’t accurate. An example would be to look at The Inner Eye’s Interactions. It has two entries for 20/20 and Mutant Spider. Along with these, I also ran into some other items having too much or too little copied from the wiki.

Epic Fetus (Trivia): The description of how to re-enable mouse controls is hard to read and so should probably be removed.
Mom’s Key (Trivia): Has two extra lines from the wiki that aren’t about this item.
D100 (Effects): Doesn’t say what the item does
Head of Krampus (All): Completely broken, none of the correct information is in any of the categories.
Satanic Bible (Trivia): Has an unnecessary list of every book item in the game.
Pandora’s Box (Effects): Alludes to the fact that Pandora’s Box does something different on every floor, but doesn’t say what it does on what floors.
Pandora’s Box (Notes): Has two identical Notes sections.
Placebo (Trivia): Has several extra lines that aren’t about this item.
Car Battery (No Effect): Doesn’t actually list the items Car Battery has no effect on.
Friend Zone (Trivia): Has several extra lines that aren’t about this item.
Mom’s Box (No Effect): Doesn’t actually list the items Mom’s Box has no effect on.
Mom’s Box (Trivia): Has several extra lines that aren’t about this item.
Dad’s Lost Coin (Trivia): Has an unnecessary list of every Dad item in the game.
King Baby (Trivia): Has two extra lines that aren’t about this item.
Tonsil (Notes): Doesn’t actually have the item notes.
Plan C (Trivia): Has a few extra lines that aren’t about this item.
Data Miner (Trivia): Has a few extra lines that aren’t about this item.
Adrenaline (Trivia): Has an unnecessary list of every syringe in the game.
Broken Modem (Trivia): Has a few extra lines that aren’t about this item.
Angry Fly (Trivia): Has an unnecessary list of every fly item in the game.
Angelic Prism (In Game): Has an unnecessary section called “In Game” with no content.
Mystery Egg (Effects): Alludes to a list of items that Mystery Egg can spawn, but doesn’t show the items.
Hallowed Ground (Trivia): Has a few extra lines that aren’t about this item.
Dad’s Ring (Trivia): Has an unnecessary list of Dad items.
Broken Shovel (Effects): The effects section is here twice.



Mysterious Candy (Trivia): Has a few extra lines that aren’t about this item.
Hook Worm (Trivia): Has an unnecessary list of worm trinkets.
Liberty Cap (Effects): Doesn’t actually list the effects that the item has.

Cancer (Effects): Doesn’t actually say what the item does.

@Kataga Damn, I was putting the other one on hold while I worked on other stuff, but with these many broken descriptions, I might need to prioritize the mod again, lol. Thanks for reporting.

Cool, so I opened the mod super briefly just now, went through just a few of the first items, and found some broken descriptions. I guess we'll see if I can find the time to do another huge report, but here's what I've got so far:

1UP & Magic Mush (All): These descriptions are completely swapped, the 1UP description is under Magic Mush and vice versa.
<3 (All): The name of this item appears as [Error]3, I’d assume because the less than symbol isn’t in the font.
The Necronomicon (Trivia): Has an unnecessary list of all book items in the game.
The Battery (Trivia): Has two extra lines that aren’t about this item.

In addition, it seems that all semicolons and asterisks are still replaced with [Error]. A good example of this is The Inner Eye, which under Effects uses asterisks to represent multiplication, and under interactions with Kidney Stone, uses a semicolon. This is a pretty universal problem, the wiki authors seem to love semicolons especially, and adding those two symbols to the font is probably the only real fix. Ampersands are also still replaced with [Error], for example in Breakfast(Trivia), where the “&” in Q&A is replaced with [Error].

Again, I seriously love this mod, it's such a cool concept and the execution on the whole is stellar. Thanks again for putting this all together!

Oh yeah, sorry the descriptions are being manually reviewed rn, we already updated pocket items and trinkets, but I thought it'd be better to push that update at that moment since items would take considerably longer.

Just noticed, the "Infamy" entry seems to be incomplete/different than the wiki

Golden Horse Shoe also seems to be missing a line
