When I open the Items and inventory lists, everything is fine. It shows the vanilla and modded ones. But when I try to open the Find In Room list, it doesn't detect anything. When I open the Trinkets, Pocket Items, and Characters lists, the only ones that show up are the ones added in the mods I have. My current item mods are: Josuke + Tainted Josuke, and Job. I have some other mods that change the appearance of some characters, like Tinted Lost's Existential Dread, but other than that, I don't know of anything that can be causing this. Any help is appreciated!
