I'm having an issue with version 1.9.14. The radial menu options do not appear in the radial menu. The only other mod I have that modifies the radial menu is Devious Desires.
Leashes only works for player characters so there are no menu options on thralls

Recent issue I've noticed is an inability to leash to another player character at the moment.

Probably one of the mods you have using old version of leash API, try to put RE last in modlist. If it helps - need to wait till other mod update.
