Mod adds some items that cannot be unequipped without having keys in backpack.

Crafting available at Slaver's Worktable. Some items requires schematics to unlock.

• Mitten Cuffs of Restricted Warrior - inventory blocking restriction, schematic drops from Warmaker's Adjutant in Warmaker's Sanctuary dungeon
  
• Cat Collar and Cow Collar - dyeable, basic and accessory versions, schematic drops from some of Darfari

Yes, but I prefer to create separate lockable copy due to possible incompatibility with other mods. And DLC items not available for editing right now, so there is no way to add some. For now it possible to craft lockable version for some items from Zamorian Dancer and Stygian Soldier sets. If you find some items that fits good to have lockable version - feel free to suggest.

Mod not altering/changing any content from other mods or any Funcom stuff. So no, it not making TW items lockable. But items added by Restricted Exiles works fine with leashes and attach points at least. And Master's Keys work same way as Slaver's Keys, so no need to have both. Not sure it possible to do more right now.

Mod support Whiskey's Accessory Wardrobe system, so it possible to add lockable accessory. No other attach systems supported currently.

If drop on death option enabled, items with locks will stay equipped.
