I am not quite sure why it messes with the nest spawn on Valguero. But as I had this mod installed, I searched for over an hour before I found info online that mods might be causing this issue. So I deactivated 1 by 1 and the Breeding Evolved mod has fixed the issue. Destroyed wild dinos afterwards and it spawned the Deino nests right away! I wish I had done this earlier. But I also wish this mod was updated. As there is no other mod that includes the taming levels in breeding, not even Best Eggs mod does so. They all just use the game default of only the stats from the dino as you found it in wild. :(
