If you mean the TV in the vanilla game that changes its display at different times or if various in-game conditions are met, then it's nothing to do with this mod. I originally took the source code from the in-game TV, but there were too many things missing so I scrapped it and wrote everything myself.
This mod shouldn't conflict with any other mods, since at its core, it's only a sprite with a couple of lights attached.

All fixed. I forgot to change the scale of the broken PS2 sprites after copy/pasting some code.
Type PVM in the search bar, or scroll to the bottom of the machinery tab (Cog/Gear icon).
