Nice mod, a bit cheep and game changing for 'serous' players though... I'd suggest adding another version that takes a 2 Slurper Pelt, a Deerclops Eyeball and maybe some Living Logs or something else to make.

For stats I like the way you've done it but the light is a bit too game changing for 'serous' players, I'd suggest making it so you could only get the light by getting the Slurper to equip itself on your head like in standard game mode at standard Slurper game rates (-1.7 Hunger per second, -0.42 sanity per second) or perhaps 1/2 game rates... maybe making it so that it drops all items contained when equipped?

As for some new idea's you could make the eyebone equipable as a weapon and use it to direct the Slurper to attack enemies and or pick up items. Maybe make it have a Sanity aura when at 60> hunger and Insanity aura when at <40 hunger; perhaps sleep at 90>. If you like the idea of changing the light dynamic maybe have it follow some Slurper behaviour and if you like the hunger based Insanity/Sanity aura idea and eye bone weapon idea maybe you could make it so it's attack's on pig's/Bunnymen are used for a hunger source.

Working on "Combat" component at this time.
So, nice idea about direct the Slurper to attack (it's like a small bird and pig follower).

P.S. Think about add the "beard" (hairs) for him and use Razor sometimes. <- So one more way to get the beardhair if you don't playing for Wilson usually.

Think about add a quotes for him. Yea, in dreams he will speach something.
But, don't sure that it will be exactly.
So only added a some quotes and put them into "/licking/scripts/strings.lua"

What if, for the epic slurper, instead of beardhair every 3 days, why not 1 slurper pelt every 5 days? I think it would make it easier to make a hunger belt. I know i would use a mod that made an "extremely" non-renewable resource, renewable.

If 2nd then open console "~" and put there DebugSpawn("slurper_pelt") and then click enter and Ctrl+L. Just because I want beardhair on epic slurper. Anyway I can make the new slurper with slurper pelts, but only in next update.
An option to make the regular Licking not throw himself at anything with all of your items?

Add hunger stats on the Lickings, as their name is. And they should like stick onto mobs' heads and feed on themselves, and maybe they'll give you health too as they suck the life out of the mobs?

Why don't you make it so you can have both beardhair and slurper pelt, if possible?

It is a good idea. But 1 question about - If licking following the player. So when he start eat somebody he must stop follow? And, after he eat well, he will teleport to the player?

*Update: Well, I will also try to make him 1 pelt per 5 day - but I can't promise that It possible.

Also, I got another idea: Can you pick up your licking to go on your head (And I mean, not eat you!) by pressing alt/ctrl, right click. It CANNOT go in the inventory other than the head slot. Along with a key bind of commanding them to go on you by rolling towards the player and then jumping onto the head, becoming an armor.
It could also be used for easy access to items stored in them, by right clicking the Licking that is in your head slot. Could also feed you food that is stored inside when you are below 90% of hunger.

Armor options: Could have durability, displaying the health of the Licking, that reduces the damage by however you want Ghost9610.
Sometimes I wished I knew how to mod, just to help this project/build.
Also with adding hunger stats:
At 90-75% hunger, Licking will start to lick his lips around ocassionally, and will be asking to be fed by any kind of food (Even rot and spoiled food!) At 74-50%, His stomach will rumble oftenly, and will ask to be fed at a more begging way, and may just attack and feed on a mob to regain hunger. At 49-25%, He'll be much more agressive, sometimes might even attack you once to get your attention to give him hunger, and may eat food that is stored inside them. At 25-0%, He'll just start jumping on your head if there is no more food inside the licking, constantly sucking your stomach until it's at 90%, when it'll get off of you, and just start sleeping for few seconds, and gets up, forgetting what everything happened.
