+20% Damage Falloff Range (Does max dmg until 8m, mid dmg at 12m, 13+ = Instant falloff.
-30% Firerate (~400 RPM instead of default 600)
-20% Clip Size (20)
*Hidden Stat* -20% Primary ammunition (Makes it 20/60 instead of 20/75 for OCD's sake)
*Hidden Stat* -17.5% reload speed (Reloads in ~1 second compared to ~0.55 default
*Hidden Stat* Damage falloff happens at a 50% stronger rate than usual. (So when the weapon hits its med/low effective range, it reduces any damage further to minimum, this would prevent mid/long range heckling)
*Hidden Stat* Damage falloff decreases damage by 40% (Does ~2-4 damage at long ranges, this is balancing to eliminate long range heckling, making the stock SMG better at long ranges.)

I Believe the purpose for these stats are to give the sniper a more tactile approach towards close/mid range opponents besides the usual "spray and pray" method that is more annoying than credible, as what kind of opponent do you think deserves the win? One that gets a few lucky shots in with a high RPM spray, or one that can actually aim and utilize the small damage buff that is bound by its sluggish fire-rate and punishing falloff range?

TL:DR - The bane of spray and pray snipers. Pick up a real gun.

What about this:
-10 Degrees bullet spread
+10% Fire rate

-20% Reload speed
It's a reskin, not a new weapon, so stats are irrelevant. They're just the same as the stock SMG because it's the SAME GUN.

If this weapon were added with these stats, it would basically add an assault rifle to the game, allowing snipers to form firing squads and camp at chokepoints. This isn't something Valve wants, and is the reason why there are no assault rifles in this game. Leave assault rifles to CoD.
