Download the files with the mega link. You will need something like 7zip to open/extract the rar file.

Then you need to move the folders called: materials and models located in (Dolgid's Terrain Pack) to (\Steam\steamapps\common\SourceFilmmaker\game\usermod)

If you already have folders in usermod named: materials and models then just move the folders:

Dolgid's Terrain Pack\materials \ models

Dolgid's Terrain Pack\models \ dolgid

(that's how it worked for me)
