So not sure if it's been mentioned but I've found a bug with the Evolver. I have the Gaia mod and was trying it with the creatures, to see which ones worked. Came across one that didn't and when it failed it also gave me another Evolver. Tried using again just to check what happened and after a few times my 1 Evolver became 20.
as an edit to be more specific: If you give a crystal wyvern an evolver it reverts their appearance to that of a red fire wyvern. My cousin also reported that it reset his wyvern to level 1. (it changed back after re-feeding evolver)
1. get permissions from the dev
2. he would have to post the source code
3. i would need to make a entire new IF for EVERY creature for the mod, as well as make gaia mod a strict requirement for absolutely everyone using the mod. and creating the IF from scratch would kill me as i am still a little inexperinced.
not to mention none of this matters if i cant even get the permissions of the mod.
Here are a couple bugs found on my private server within the last 2-3 weeks:
1. Tapejara wall-grab
We lost a tapejara that kept briefly glitching the player inside of cliffs and stuff when wall-grabbing and it eventually glitched out horribly on a cliff and just died. I wish I'd taken a video because it was truly bizarre and hard to describe - when I got there it was sitting on the side of the cliff, the loud diving sound was happening constantly, and using the DestroyMyTarget console command didn't remove it (kind of). I know that doesn't make a lot of sense, and I left out some details because seriously it was the weirdest thing and I can't really describe it. Unfortunately, we had to stop using IF on tapejaras because of this issue. RIP q_q
2. Argent compatibility
Using the evolver on an argent changed it to level 1 with base stats. The flight itself seemed to work fine and when I used the evolver to change it back the level/stats all went back to normal (whew).
Minor bug:
The Griffin has an extremely hard time landing an attack out of a dive, or really at all when it's in the air. I thought I was just out of practice but with vanilla griffins I hit every time. I think in vanilla they have an area effect to their dive attack that may be missing here. That's really our only complaint. Thanks again!
