My night vison does not work it only says that it creates error

Addon Conflicts creating very strange issue

Two addons cause separate conflicts resulting in the same issue.
Problem: After spawning goggles/glasses, I equip them just fine. I cannot activate them. The key is correctly bound, but nothing happens.
