I have no idea if its a bug or not, but you start of with no popularity and it stays like that for the whole game, even when crime has decreased exponentially.

La popularidad y la intención de voto siempre empieza en 0 y es casi imposible ganar elecciones, además hay algunos eventos que no están traducidos.
