Yes Rust does normalized drops where you can watch anyone streaming Rust with drops on there stream (which they usually consist of 1-2 sometimes 3 rewards just for watching normal steams) and it goes from first reward watch for 2 hours and goes up to 4 and then 8, but, they have specific steams you watch for exclusive steamer skins also while watching the exclusive steamers you also get time for the normal drops too. So you could've of gotten the Root9R AK skin while getting one of the base items you could be getting watching any steamer. From watching the steamers that you get exclusives all you have to do is watch for 2 hours and you get their reward and it's that simple. That was me just explaining how it works but they are only limited time. They do this a few times in a year but you can only get the skins from that limited time period where it's available.
