What year are you living in? Kosovo is not Serbia since 2008, and now has its own governance, foreign relations, and military. It makes sense for Serbia to have core on Kosovo (as it is in this mod). Perhaps they should include reconquest of Kosovo in the mission tree for Serbia, and maybe having Kosovo as prerequisite of forming former Yugoslavia. Using rebel mechanics or US occupation seems inadequate to model the geopolitical situation.

Serbia is a fun country to play as in the mod, and I would much rather have a challenge playing as Serbia to deal with a US-allied Kosovo in the region than to ignore it and be given Kosovo for free despite their situation in the real world simply due to Serbian pride or nationalism.

Kosovo and Metohia are Serbia and we can go to any city in province of Kosovo and Metohija anytime, family and I are mostly going there on June 28th, its our country and we can go anytime. If its "indenpendent" as u claim, why occupators asking the Serbian government to recognize them?! OFC, cuz they are nothing but our province.
What foreign relations? They are not even a part of the UN or CoE and they are not recognized by Serbia, as well as 2/3 of the world. If u check who "recognized" them, those will be american puppets and countries who are forced to recognize them and 22 of them withdrawn their recognision.
AP kosovo and metohia are CURRENTLY occupied by usa and their collaborators, usa made the biggest military base in Europe there, but that doesnt make them a "country".
AP kosovo was occupied litterally SAME by Nazi Germany in WW2 and they had a military base in quite SAME location and they had nazi collaborators who did ethnic cleansing of Serbs, quite SAME as what those did 2008. and even at that time they were not a "country", but a collaborationists of those two powers who are exploiting AP kosovo, SAME as today. So calling them a country is very fascist and thats literally supporting attrocities, organ trafficking, burning and bombing over 150 monasteries and churches, very ISIS stuff.
