Refinery time left. work with build info? it showes refinery time left.
Per refinery.

2nd request.
send a command based on server times.
This could be used to send drones home at set times so there not lost before restarts

First one I'm not sure what you mean, the mod already shows refine or assembly time in detailed info for the selected block.

As for the 2nd one, automated drone commands is very out of scope for this mod xD the servers that have such scheduled shut downs should provide those things themselves if it breaks things so badly =)
