I was testing with 2 players hotseat mode.
- On loading the game I get a "WWW AudioClip Error: Cannot connect to destination host" error; anything I try to play from the Music Player throws that issue. (Note, I've cleared the audio player tracks, loaded the game again, and all the clips were there, still unplayable.)
- Initially the end turn button doesn't work, the game forces the Automatic pass turn option, however turns are not passed after rolling die, taking steps (and drawing cards).
- Switching to manual pass turn has a weird effect of getting about 100 "Red player's turn" events popping up. (Didn't count, but looks at least that much).
- After a while when dropping cards in the discard pile I often get a weird "Error in Script (Global): <Unknown Error>" warning.
Edit: I see now that we were selecting the wrong colors for the starting players; players MUST select pink, yellow, red, or blue. If you do so (and select "Physics" to "Full"), the game starts.
@thinkEdem - I'm sorry, there isn't any script that interacts with the audio player, so it is difficult that the issue is caused by this mod. Same topic about turns: they are not managed by the mod. The major part of the tests I do on the Fireball Island are made in hotseat mode and I never face issue. In any case, please let me know if these issues continue to happen to you.
About the <Unknown Error> when you drop a card on the discard deck... it is a known bug to me, I was convinced to have fixed it, but evidently it is not. I'm working on it.
Thanks for your feedbacks.
It seems that some times the main script doesn't run then the Start button is not created.
This bug is not systematic, so it is difficult to catch it and to debug it. It happened to me only one time and that time it was enough to get back to main menu, create a new room and reload the mod. Anyway I'm working on a new update where the Start button will be managed in a different way: I hope that, as a collateral effect, it will also help to fix this bug.
You can't see the characters because they appear after pressing the Start button.
Please let me know if restarting the room and the mod you continue to have this bug.
Thanks for your report.
The issue reported by ObiWan, and others in the comments, is about the START button that after loading the mod is missing at all.
About the Audio Player issue are you able to use it now?
Thanks.
