For anyone having issue with bald Aya race mod
After trying to find the issue for 4 hours It turns out some of the race mods have default hair color set to 0,0,0 which means it is transparent.

To fix the transparency, use mods like Character Editor or any other mods that allows you to change the hair color. FML
