Super sorry for the late reply here, this post seems to have gone under the radar.

The MAP load order on servers seems to be inverted (when compared to Singleplayer or the actual MOD load order), so what likely ended up happening on your end was that the SoS Station areas were getting overwritten by Vanilla, hence causing errors when SoS tried to access Stations which weren't there.
I'm gonna see if maybe I can have it give out a less jarring error message, should a map issue be detected.

SoS only has "problems" with mods changing the same map cells - these are listed in the Mod Compatibility Post. Anything else shouldn't be causing issues, at least not on our end.
Brita shouldn't be affected by it (used it plenty of times), nor should RV Interior (cells are somewhere different entirely)
