I'm still gonna try my best though given the context you have provided:
Point #1 - I don't understand your phrasing, both here and in your main comment earlier.
Did you add SoS to an ongoing/already-existing save?
If you did, then that's on you - that's simply not supported, as outlined in the FAQ.
Point #2 - You mention that you knew you were using incompatible maps.
Truth be told, I'm not sure why you expect our support in that case.
If it says incompatible, and something breaks because of the incompatibility, all I can say is "We told you so". But alas, I'm a nice guy and open to help, so let's continue...
Point #3 - The log snippet you provided is unrelated to SoS.
The coordinates in the log snippet are soutwest and outside of the normal PZ map, and not referencing any of our cells and their coordinates. Save Our Station does not have anything out that far, so this has got to be one of your other maps thats causing an error now.
Seeing as you claim to have ~200 mods, I suggest you start looking into which one of them is the culprit, as I am pretty confident at this point that its not SoS. The same also applies to this "texture model issue" you are describing - I also don't see this being an issue related to SoS, since you went as far as to reinstall your game.
And last but not least:
If you do find some form of evidence that shows that Save our Station is at fault for your problem (or at least involved in it), please create an issue on our GitHub so we can look into it and track it internally.
If/When you create the issue, please be sure to attach your complete DebugLog file (if its too large, use an external upload site), and mention this discussion.

I hope the info I gave you can help resolve your issue.
I'll be locking this post as part of moving our issue tracking to GitHub - again, if you want to continue the discussion, the link is right there.
