Your problems with the model!
Post bugs or issues or suggestions for how to improve the model, keeping in mind what I said on the main page about updates probably being slow (if the workshop lets me upload them at all)

Can he be given eyelashes?

Also his beard is white once it's bonemerged onto his face for some reason.

i could look at adding eyelashes, although i usually avoid using them to keep the amount of vertices down. i'll need to look at the beard thing in-game though, can you post a picture if possible?

what's the problem you're having exactly? i don't use SFM or know much about it but i could try and fix it

I am having the same issue but in Garry's Mod.

ah i think i figured out what the issue was, i had the eyeball AO texture pointing to the wrong folder and had a lightwarp texture on the beard but not the hair. i'm trying to put out an update but it looks like i'll have to reinstall steam again to do it :steamfacepalm:

alright i reinstalled Steam twice and finally the update went through, *hopefully* it's fixed now

Some of the normal maps look improper for Source. You need to flip the green channel for them to display properly, as of right now wrinkles pop outward instead of going in, etc.

i should note i pieced together the model over the space of about a year as i learned how Blender and everything worked, so those are probably old textures that slipped through from when i wasn't as confident with the workflow.

i'll do another pass and put out a fix them once i'm done with the extras i want to add, thanks for letting me know.
