A few styles either the creator or Valve might add if this is ever added.

Style 1: Same thing as shown. (Tears Paintable)

Style 2: Removes Hatty's face and leaves Hat (Hat Paintable)

Style 3: Removes Hat And Tears from Hatty's face. (Face paintable)

Style 4: Removes hat (Tears still paintable)

Maybe Style 4 isn't needed, but it's just an idea.

Hoping this will be added in The Store or Market for fairly cheap and in high quantity.
