This is for people who want to fix the broken sounds of the bolt.
Using Steam workshop downloader.io, you can download the addon's files. When you download it, (at least in my case), it will download a folder titled "transmit". Extract the contents of this folder, and inside the folder will be another folder called "-TFA-AT-New-Arisaka-Type-99-Arisaka-Type-97". Move this into your Garry's Mod addons folder, and it shold fix the sound.
