Drop Chance

Hi,

is there a way to reduce the drop chance? maybe as a second mod with like 10% green and 5% white

and maybe add the other drops in this mod? like +5% for every next tier

If not, can you maybe tell me how to reduce the chance in the actual mod by ini config?
