Previous run goals completed (if applicable): Hush, Void, Key.

Bug occurred during a Continued run or new run? New Run

The bug:
On 3 runs in a row, as Samson, Magdalene and Tainted Nemesis (modded char), the item from the Void reward has been the same as the one from the Hush reward (even when the Hush item is lower than 3 item quality). Key reward has always been Blue Map. This started after the latest update, and was not fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling the mod.

I don't know how to post screenshots or logs in steam replies, sadly, but the error should be reproducible.
