I wanted to know if it's possible to add some kind of death probability during surgeries, this would add a lot of realism.
I discussed it once, a long time ago, with one of the oxymoron games dev, he said something about adding something like that in the future, but I don't think it's coming, as I just said, it was a long time ago.
Anyways, I'm a physician, so I offer myself to help with the new departments or anything you need to make this game better.

We'll see what we can do. Thanks for the idea! :Coool:

I was thinking something that would make the game a little more of a challenge. What about a mod that forces you to discover all symptoms before diagnose a patient? That would make the game quite harder, although I don't know if it's possible to make something like that.

Well, just an idea. Thanks for your work.

Hello
I welcome you.
As you already know, the gynecology department can now take care of the neonatal and pediatric departments. My point is that in the gynecological ward, women could give birth and then the babies born were transferred to the neonatal and pediatric ward. It was also possible to make infants and children also go to the hospital emergency room, and then transported to the neonatal or pediatric ward. It would be an interesting mod for Project Hospital. What do you think about this mod? Thank you in advance.

We try to make the most necessary mods for players. I don't think this idea is bad, but it's not that required. :D

It is rather impossible (it's a pity). At the beginning, we will focus on smaller mods. Now we are working on new diagnoses.
Anyway thanks guys :)

I would love to have a mod that allows you to downgrade someone's hospitalisation status, or order all radiology tests from the ICU. I recently had a patient die because I had to put them in the ICU in order to treat them, but after they were treated, they had a secondary crash-potential symptom that was undiagnosed. I KNEW which symptom it was, but I couldn't diagnose it because you can't have a cardiology room in the ICU, and I couldn't downgrade their hospitalisation status. Very frustrating lol.

You said you want to tackle the little mods right now. From such small mods, I have an idea for a mod that allows you to select staff for ambulances and that they can be promoted and bear the costs of their maintenance, and you can also come up with a mod that allows you to set the amount of staff salaries so that the head of the department could earn more for larger duties. Thanks in advance and have a nice work coming up with mods.

Hello everyone!
1. I would like to adjust the working hours of the staff. Some will come to work earlier, some later. And then when there is a change, work in the hospital is slowed down for several hours.

2. It would be nice to have several areas for unloading patients from ambulances. Now they come in turns. This would add realism.

sorry for my English )))

I feel like neurology and orthopedics could benefit from more diseases with the spine. Feel like it's been pretty overlooked by the devs. Especially neurology could benefit from more diseases that hasn't to do with eyes.

That's because ophtalmology and neurology and mixted together. Maybe if someone could add more pathologies to both fields, we could end up with two different departments that actually make sense.

Vaccinations usually take place in doctor's offices. You might like to take a look at Medical Procedures, it includes checkups and vaccinations
