Would be a very cool melee for the Engineer
This would be awesome if placed in the engineers hands. It could have stats like:
+25% less metal used when upgrading/constructing buildings
+deals fire damage on hit
with the downsides of either:
-35% damage penalty
OR
-deals damage / repairs at a constant rate over time instead of in swings
