Report a translation problem
A good test, take the character, put an all black "silouette" shader filter on it so no form can be seen other than the outline and see how it looks as you pan it around.
Does it still look distinctly like a pyro? If not, than it needs work.
Gameplay: TF's characters have distinctive silhouettes that help a player differentiate between classes in the heat of battle. Consequently, we tend to avoid items that overtly obscure or confuse these silhouettes.
Valve knows more than anything about how players recognize characters in the heat of gameplay. They have done extensive studies on it, and have specifically designed that guideline for the purpose.
Upon reviewing each item the "Riveter's Raiment" is the part that needs adjustment.
The rest of the set is perfect as is. I gave my thumbs up and down as appropriate now on that review. (Thumbs up to all the set except that one item, which got thumbs down for requiring further improvement.)
The idea is sound, BTW. The body clothing just needs to be adjusted to look more like a Pyro.
